I'm lovin the title of this post. :) BTW, I wanted to let you know that I spoke with the district manager for all of the Publix stores in TN (his name is Dave Fulmer). I spent about 30 minutes with him on the phone re: some of the problems that we have had at the Maryland Farms store (which you shop at regularly) and the Nipper's Corner store (which I shop at regularly). I told him about the encounter that you had with the charcoal/meat deal, etc. He spoke with his managers last Wednesday at a manager meeting and, hopefully, they are informed now. I sent him all of the coupons for the pork/charcoal deal so that he could better understand it. So you should try doing the deal again and if you encounter problems then just tell them that a friend of yours spoke with him a week ago and he said that we should be able to do the deal without any problems.
BTW, he called me because I left a comment on Publix's website about all of the trouble that we were having.
